Universally Speaking supports Train2Game

Universally Speaking is proud to announce its support of Train2Game and the wide range of courses they offer.

As QA house in the games sector and as pinpointed by TIGA, we have experienced the shortage of (trained)talent in the industry.

In an age where time is money, candidates that come to your door with the industry training will always be ahead of those without. The training T2G provides includes an introduction to the industry, as well as games testing and game creation. In addition, they provide background information on the game development cycle and hardware and software used for testing.

This training translates into saved time on the part of the QA house saving around 6 months of training.  Of course,, they will still have  to train  on internal processes and procedures.

Universally Speaking is a proud supporter of the Train2Game programme, not only because of the benefits having trained candidates brings, but as part of our effort to improve the quality of the industry in the UK. To that end, Universally Speaking have partnered with Train2Game, the University of Bedfordshire and other institutions to offer internship placements of varying lengths.

Universally Speaking is committed to provide opportunities to young talent and has recently participated in an interview explaining the advantages of Train2Game courses:
