Universally Speaking attending GamesCom 2014

GamesCom is fast approaching and we are pleased to announce that Universally Speaking will not only be attending but will also have a presence on the floor. We will be part of the UKIE delegation and you will be able to find us in Hall 4.2, stand #A051-B050.

GamesCom is a permanent fixture in our calendar and it never disappoints. With so many great publishers and developers showcasing their games, it’s the place to be in order to hear and see the latest news.

Its ideal location in Cologne only heightens the attraction of this show, putting together a beautiful location, plenty of beer and plenty of games people.

If you want to learn more about localisation and QA processes, you can get in touch via bizdev@usspeaking.com. Our diaries are filling up so be sure to reach out and reserve a slot with us, receive a warm welcome at the stand or catch up with us at one of the infamous parties.

We look forward to seeing you in Cologne between August 13th and 15th!

About GamesCom

GamesCom is the largest trade fair and event highlight for interactive games in Cologne. More than 340,000 visitors celebrated the “next generation of gaming” on the gamescom 2013. This year the journey will continue. Together with our visitors we are ready to play to discover new worlds.

Back from Develop Conference

Wow, what a great conference! We are back in the office after a packed few days in Brighton for the Develop Conference. As always, it was great to see so many familiar faces and even better to meet new people working on some really exciting games.

We have avidly listened to the talks, hearing about indie publishing, working as a remote dev, cloud services, to name but a few. Our favourite though, aside from the amazing night at the awards, has to be the Natural Motion ice-cream van. Thanks for that – we definitely needed it!

We want to congratulate all winners for their achievements and Develop for organising yet another splendid night.

Until next year!

Develop Awards: Finalists Meet Up

It was great spending some time with the other Develop Awards finalists last week. It was the perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Thank you Develop for organising it! Luckily the speeches from the sponsors were short and sweet, just what we like!
