Joining Microsoft’s Authorized Xbox Test Program
Building on the company’s success last year when we received the TIGA Games Industry Award for Best QA Service Provider and our nomination this year in the Develop Industry Excellence Awards for the QA & Localisation category, Universally Speaking is pleased to announce it has been approved to join Microsoft’s Authorized Xbox Test Program (AXTP).
The Authorized Xbox Test Program is managed by Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE Certification team and authorises test houses that can demonstrate a strong ability to test games, functionally and technically, on all Microsoft platforms, including Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows Phone. This program is an avenue for publishers to outsource and acquire proper quality assurance on their Xbox games and apps.
We are very excited to see our hard work and commitment to quality recognised by Microsoft in this way. In the words of Universally Speaking’s CEO, Vickie Peggs, ‘This is a very exciting opportunity that reflects our position as one of the most successful and respected service providers to the games sector. QA services have become an increasingly important part of our business and we are committed to further growth alongside our clients’.
Universally Speaking’s Director, Loreto Sanz Fueyo, added, ‘Being approved to join Microsoft’s Authorized Xbox Test Program offers us the incredible possibility of working with more Microsoft developers and publishers and strengthen our relationships with our current clients’.
